    This appears to be the south-east corner exit from Washington DC's Union Station. All I have to go on is a dark, blurry shot in Google's Streetview, though. I can't confirm the coat of arms above the door, but the curved walls, half-pillars, etc all seem to match.

    Looks like there's a date of 2/22/13 written on the back of this photo, which would mean it was taken a few days before Woodrow Wilson's inauguration on March 3, 1913.
