Wikipedia (using Political Graveyard as a source) indicates that he was married twice. His second wife, Anne (Weightman) Walker, whom he married in 1908, seems more likely for a photograph used in 1913. 6/20/1913 (date written on negative) is about the time her husband was nominated as ambassador to Austria-Hungary. This photo is probably from earlier, since she was approaching 60 in 1913. According to her obituary in the NYT select.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=F20D17F6355B1373... [subscription required] her first husband was Robert J.C. Walker bioguide.congress.gov/scripts/biodisplay.pl?index=W000066
