I agree that this was February 10, 1913. A New York Times article from the 11th on page 11 "Suffragists Spread Oratoray and Tracts" describes the bus ride the previous day.

The Chambers and Madison Streets streetcar line (aka Madison Street line) of the New York Railways was discontinued on Sept. 21, 1919. Cars on this line were battery powered. metro.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_streetcar_lines_in_Manhattan.
