The Chambers and Madison Streets streetcar line (aka Madison Street line) of the New York Railways was discontinued on Sept. 21, 1919. Cars on this line were battery powered. metro.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_streetcar_lines_in_Manhattan. I agree that this was February 10, 1913. A New York Times article from the 11th on page 11 "Suffragists Spread Oratoray and Tracts" describes the bus ride the previous day.
