I thought at first that it was a sales catalogue photo advertising the picnic hamper. It doesn't have the mayhem or disarray I would associate with a family picnic.

And also, the brothers are not fussing with each other and they both have their shirttails tucked into their trousers. And mom, or older sister, is NOT wearing sunglasses. AND WORSE, nobody is texting on smartphones!

That's the creepiest looking guy I've seen in ages!

I was scrolling through the photos under the Library of Congress, and none of them really had me stop and double-take until I saw this one! I totally agree with the comment above in that this is one of the creepiest people I have ever seen, but beyond that, this picture is ghastly! It looks like the man and the entire room itself is covered with ghosts.

This man seems like he has been possessed by some spirit. Just look at his eyes. They look so scary! The main question that I have to ask is why one hand is in the air for no reason. He doesn't even have anything in his hand! Why is he holding it up?
