The Great God of Google does not know a lot about the Ormonde Vivograph, except for this website about early cinema which reprints an advert about a similar performance in Bo'ness, Scotland in August 1901. Sounds like a sort of music hall live family act with photos ... "1901-08-30","\"MAHATMAS\" IN BO'NESS -- Dr and Mddle S. Ormonde, the \"Mahatmas of the West' and their 'Sunflower Coterie\", with the vivograph, which has lately been creating a furore of excitement in London and Paris, are announced to appear at the Drill Hall, on Wednesday, 4th Sept. The chief attraction of the evening is the vivograph, which shows pictures of the latest scenes of the Boer and China War, depicting guns and troops in actual action. A stirring spectacle of a complete Spanish bull fight is then produced. Following this are the wrestlers, the great prize fight between John Bull and Kruger, and innumerable sensational and amusing animated pictures from other interesting subjects. The entertainment is of a high-class variety nature, and includes brilliant violin selections by Miss Lottie Ormonde. Excellent as all the parts are, the real interest is centred on Doctor and Mdlle Stella Ormonde in their marvellous clairvoyancy. Mdlle. Stella enters into a mesmeric or clairvoyant condition, and then begins the marvellous revelations. The Ormondes undoubtedly present a great entertainment, and we feel sure that they will be welcomed with a crowded house in Bo'ness." From earlycinema.gla.ac.uk/DataTables-1.10.9/scripts/server_pr... , then use 'find on page' for "ormonde".
