This subdivision was likely earlier than the 1890s, as the 'Undue Subdivision of Land Prevention Act 1885' (enacted late 1885) required that lots be no smaller than 16 perches (405 sq m) - these 'Pineapple' lots are 12 perches each 28 March fell on a Saturday in 1885 (and in 1874 - with a leap year in between) - so the estate map is probably from 1885
