    Rabbi Aaron Teitelbaum (my great-grand-father) is the gentleman on the left with the beard. Being a founder of the JDC or Joint was among his many significant accomplishments. I do not know who the other unidentified person on the right is though I bet the JDC might. My other guess of who might know is my grand-uncle his son. Another place that might know is the Jewish Museum in NY which had the same picture hanging for many years.

The New York Times  November 11, 1918 "Several thousand persons went to Seward Park yesterday morning to attend the opening of the attractive new canteen hut for soldiers and sailors by the Jewish Welfare Board.
