    I am not 100% sure but at least 99% that this picture by Abbott was taken under assignment for Life magazine. You may want to check the Time Life Archives hosted by Google to make sure their is no copyright violation. I don't believe that to be the case since it is posted here for public viewing. Pictures are available for personal use and but not commercial use. I just thought I mention this as an FYI.
