The Washington Times., July 29, 1916, HOME EDITION, Page 9, col 2 chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn84026749/1916-07-29/ed-... reported that Marquis Inouye had just been replaced as Japanese Ambassador to Britain and would be arriving in the U.S. the next day.
