Well the cars apparently mean it can't be before 1959. And the steam train means it can't be later than 1970. There is a guy with a flag. I will examine the cars more closely.

The CCC logo on the engine shows it as belonging to the Corrimal Coal and Coke Co., which existed under that name between 1937 and 1964.

Note the VW far left and the business enblazoned on the ute. VWs introduced in 1953 in Melbourne and NSW 1954. Local manufacturing began 1960. The electrical appliance store of Lindsay & Brown still operating today at Figtree.

I had a look for the location on Google earth. Its not apparent. There is a guy at railpage australia who would know. My best guess would be about 1960-61.
