Originally the AUSTRASIA built in Glasgow 1892. Sold to Germany 1910 as GUSTAV. Renamed MELBOURNE 1929. Sunk in a collision near Fastnet in 1932, according to blurb on these photos - handle.slv.vic.gov.au/10381/15063 images.slsa.sa.gov.au/edwardes/12/PRG1373_12_25.htm

The only time I can find GUSTAV in Sydney was arriving 19 December 1926 for loading with wheat. Some useful info - trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/16341853 She left on 1/2/1927 for the UK, which may be the date of this photo - trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/16351582
