Royal Progress, 1911 (LOC)

The date would suggest it was 23 June 1911 which was one day after the Coronation of King George V. Since this is almost certainly a picture of the Coronation procession I would think the date refered to the day it was processed or published. Many other copies of this and other pictures in the series are available on the Internet, all taken from the same position but with the procession moved.

Bet he was a real barrel of laughs, looks like he's in a stupor...whether that was brought on by a solid or liquid lunch I'm not sure. The face of a fat grumpy and confused Schnauzer. It also looks like he wore earrings in private.
