Photographed on The Mall, Armagh, looking north the small red-bricked masonic hall is left of the tall spire of the first Presbyterian church. Even though he has obscured his face with a salute the Deputy Lieutenant is more than likely H.B Armstrong of Dean's Hill Armagh.

The left-hand building has 5 Lombard Street on a sign and is an ABC Aerated Bread Company tea-room en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerated_Bread_Company The building next to it has office space to rent in January 2008 www.landmarkplc.com/lombard/Lombard_1.html This is close to the Bank tube station in the City of London.
