I think this might be Somerset St. 19 Somerset St maps.app.goo.gl/nmhMYs3WNe5ntex99 No...It's Joy Street. that particular gasometer long gone. maps.app.goo.gl/2Gff7Vk6XoHp5eVs6

I'd say it's Joy Street, since the houses on the left don't face the street in the photo and so Somerset St doesn't fit. Joy Street has two side-streets (Doris St & Penrose St) leading off it, so I'd suggest the photo was taken from the junction of South Dock St and Joy St, while the mother and child are at the corner of Joy St and Penrose St...

Streetview: www.google.com/maps/@53.3408053,-6.2340762,3a,49y,187.93h... There were three gasometers at one time, so the one in this photo is not the one that was converted to offices.

The next image is also misfiled, it belongs in the Market Square, Clifden grouping.

When loitering alongside the Liffey, You might be aware of a whiffy. Near a Volkswagen car There's a leaky pissoir. Sure the footprints will dry in a jiffy.

I remember the Cabinetti in Naples Railway Station back in 1977. There was a hole in the floor. 2 chains hung from the roof with hoops on the end. It was quite a trick to get your feet into those hoops!
