If they'd moved from Fermoy to Passage between 1901 and 1911, you might have a chance of finding them, but I wouldn't give you great odds in 1943.

Noonans in Fermoy in the 1911 census. David and Denis are 0 and 2 - marriagable age in the run-up to 1943. But of course the wedding photos might have been organized on the brides side in Fermoy, and Mr. Noonan could be from anywhere.
