    Blanche Estabrook. Karl died in 1921 and she remarried in 1923, to Colonel Arthur O'Brien, Assistant Secretary of War under Newton D. Baker. NYT July 26 1902 Karl G. Roebling to Marry Trenton, N. J., July 25 The engagement was announced to-night of Miss Blanche Estabrook of Chicago, daughter of Henry Estabrook, general solicitor of the Western Union Telegraph Company, and a niece of Col. Robert C. Clowry, President of the same company, to Karl G. Roebling of this city. Mr. Roebling is a son of Ferdinand W. Roebling and a Director of the John A. Roebling Sons Company. He was graduated from Princeton in the class of 1894.

    Lovely shot and such handsome people. When I was a kid the Traveller names were either Sheridan or McCarthy and when I met a man named Sheridan who was not a traveller I was amazed! These people were very well dressed and very clean which cannot have been easy under the conditions? I love the painting on the caravan.

    Sheridan, but not a traveller - most of the Sheridan travellers were in the munster area - not sure if they all travelled from Cavan/Longford, the home of Sheridans!! Love the photo - the tea table setting, the ladies dresses and hair do"s -even the boots on the lady sitting makes her look really contemporary in style!
