Streetview It's the synod house of Christchurch Cathedral, without the footbridge.

The DIA says 1870s for the passageway to the synod hall. While the building itself is dated 1871- 1875.

MR. DEAN'S RESTRICTION A learned and humourous dean was one day seated in the Synod Hall, at Dublin, when a scent bottle, falling from the strangers' gallery, happened to alight upon his somewhat bald cranium. Rising from his chair, he asked permission to make a personal explanation. "My lord primate," he said, "I am always glad to see strangers at our our debates, and I feel especially honored by the presence of women. But " -- here he held up the scent bottle -- " let not their precious balms break my head*."

The " Lord Edward" Public house or Thomas Cunniams as it was known then is the only building left standing....the furthest building on left. It was built in 1900. Streetview
