There's a distinct lack of the kinds of signs & products that usually give us clues re: dating. The name of the street doesn't help - the 1901 Census uses 'Mill Street', but the late 1890s 25" map calls it Parnell Street, even though Parnell Street is a re-naming of Mill Street. The only sign I can make out is a damaged sign for Prescotts Dye Works Dublin. Does that help with dating?
