The bride's mother was noted as Mrs. Warren Morgan. This photo has a written date in February 1927 and could be an engagement photo. It seems likely to be the right person. Frances Bell Heenan (1910-1956), aka "Peaches Browning," married to real estate mogul Edward Browning in 1926, when she was 16 and he was 51. Later that year, she sought a divorce from him. Wow, this looks so much like John Singer Sargent's famous painting, "Carnation Lily, Lily Rose." www.tate.org.uk/britain/exhibitions/artofthegarden/guide_... The painting dates from 1885, but the children in it have bobbed hair just like this little girl.
