We looked at this photo with a magnifying glass, we're almost sure it's a photo of a painting. His hair, the area under his nose, and his shirt look like a painting and not like a photograph of a real person. Well I looked at this image at its biggest size but I'm still thinking it's not a painting, just a photography with ink and pencil (on the shirt) on it… anyway your posts are really great!

After staring at it forever, I agree with Alain. The only evidence of painting is on the badly done parts, which makes it seem odd that they could get some shading so perfect, and then glob on a bunch around his nose. /two years too late

She was married to Albert Gallatin Wheeler Jr.. In 1914, he sued her for divorce, and she was awarded alimony, but the divorce wasn't final before he ran off to Chicago. In 1922 she captured her estranged husband after a six-year chase, because he owed he about $20,000.
