I doubt this photo was taken in Feb, 2012, probably 1972; the plane was disposed of in 1988. I was in Coast Guard in 1972 and stationed in Elizabeth City NC as was CG 1351 (the plane in the picture). CG 1351 was the first plane to be used on "Great Lakes Ice Patrol" (Project Icewarn, COAST GUARD/NASA/NOAA), in 1975; we flew out of Nasa's Lewis Research Center, Clevland Ohio.

They included the battleship Ostfriesland and the cruiser Frankfort. Albuquerque morning journal., August 24, 1920, CITY EDITION, page 2 chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn84031081/1920-08-24/ed-... has a picture (very poorly reproduced) that could be of this scene. It says that four of the five ships were tied up in the Hudson River, New York. The Ostfriesland came under her own steam and towed the Frankfurt. The others were towed by the U.S. minesweepers Falcon, Redwing, and Rail.
