  Very atmospheric. I should not correct you about your language, but I imagine Rådhuspladsen is Town Hall Square. Just a thought…. These photographs from WWII tell quite a moving story, don't they?

  No, the Danes had huge helmets like these. The Soviet helmet was not so wide.

  Seth Gaines Thank you. Small countries often used the helmets of the larger ones. Our army at one time used the German "Coal scuttle" helmet, though for the most part we used the British "Soup Bowl" one!
