Must be another 1920 Danish politician. Sigurd Berg (1858-1921) viaf.org/viaf/129145304388778570126/#Berg,_Sigurd_1858-1921 He would be 62 years old in the photo It is hard to tell what is gray hair versus overexposure.

Seems so. (though this source gives birth year as 1868): "Sigurd Berg ( July 3, 1868 at Bogø - July 11, 1921 in Copenhagen ) was a Danish politician and minister. He was the son of the leftist Christian and Maren Berg . He was educated as a journalist at Kolding Folkeblad . In 1892 he became editor-in- chief at Frederiksborg Amtsavis , where he was headed in 1895. In the years 1899-1905 he was a member of the city council in Hillerød . From 1901 to 1910 he was a member of the Folketing for the first time , and in 1905-1908 he was Minister of the Interior of the Ministry of Justice JC Christensen . Berg, like the other members of the ministry JC Christensen, had to leave as a result of the Alberti scandal . In 1910, he received a fine of 1000 kroner from the Rigsrätt for not, as the Minister of Internal Affairs, to have properly supervised the Sealand Bonding Reserve, which Alberti was chairman until September 1908. In 1918, he became a member of the Parliament and was in 1920 and 1921 Minister of the Interior of the Ministry of Neergaard II . Berg became Knight of Dannebrog in 1905 and Dannebrogsmand in 1907. He received the 2nd Command Cross in 1908. A few days before the parliamentary elections in September 1920, he got the Commander Cross of the 1st grade." da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigurd_Berg [via Google Translate]
