    it's smoking ! these must have presented as steaming smoking noisy monsters ! the man looked very focused on his levers and dials. top right there is a distinctive church tower ... any spotter experts? oh beachcomber, re your comment yesterday re / the upper deck, in some cities womenn were "not permitted" to climb the stairs to the upper deck !!
