Semaphore on the USS Recruit's Bridge Wing near the southern end of Union Square (south of E. 15th). The Greek Temple in the background is the Union Square Savings Bank built in 1907. It was designed by Henry Bacon who shortly after would design the Lincoln Memorial in DC. The building still stands and is currently the Daryl Roth Theare.
