Looking at the hi-res image and following the thought that Segunda might be a mis-spelling, the man at the right is Spanish operatic bass Andrés de Segurola, confirmed by the fact that he wore a monocle, which is visible in the image.

Bori and Segurola both recorded for Victor and together in 1915 www.loc.gov/item/jukebox-12998/ but by 1925, Segurola seemed to be primarily an impresario and in movies. The man on the left is Samuel Emilio Piza, a Costa Rican banker, businessman, diplomat and occasional concert promoter. This photo ran in the October 31, 1925 New York Evening Post with the caption
