Second Lieut. Grafton Wiggins, an aerial observer and photographer who took the aerial photographs over Memphis on April 12, 1919, stands with hand on his Curtiss JN-6H, 50th Photo Section Jenny at the North Memphis Driving Park, the stables and water tower behind him provides a closer view of the turkey vulture (with goggles on) insignia on the left fuselage side. This was the Victory Loan Flying Circus, Mid-West Flight's second air show.
