    It looks like the ship is anchored there. And Monkey swung by several times as the white yacht moves around. And something is going on with the lifeboats ...

    The Caronia called at Dun Laoghaire in early June according to the Belfast News-letter, though it just mentions that the cruise ship had called at an unspecified "Southen port" and Kingstown, and naturally concentrates on the civic receptions for the tourists in Bangor and Belfast. From Bangor the cruise was to continue to Norway. (Belfast News-Letter - Saturday 05 June 1954)
