This is the Strathaird of 1932 or the Strathnaver (1931), P&O sisters built for the England-Australia service and on it except for WW2 duties until their scrapping in Hong Kong in 1961. Checking the bow at max resolution, it looks more like the former name!

The SS 'Tsinan' built by Scotts Greenock 1886, for the China Navigation Company, 2270 gross tons, length 315' , early life as Pacific, Australian, and Asian trader . In Russian hands from 1914 and served some time as a slave ship for Stalin's captives. Scrapped after 1950. [From clydesite].
