Well done Mr Hall ! Some time in 1931, judging from the state of the Harbour Bridge ... The HELEN B STERLING seems to be moored off Bradleys Head - you can see the lighthouse right of frame. {Grrr @ Flickr for messing up the notes!]

A quick Trove search for November 1930 produced this... "That six-master in the harbour is the American-owned Helen B. Sterling. I believe that this is Captain Mathiesons 2nd wife Emma (nee Bech) who he married in Sydney in 1912 and divorced around 1926 in Sydney.

As Captain Mathieson was master of the 'Antiope' from 21 June 1905 to 18 July 1915, this could not be his 3rd wife Gertrude, who he married on 27 April 1930 in Vancouver, Canada.
