Yup - Looks like B-59 and I stumbled upon the same text. Here is the full text (with the diagram that B-59 includes above). It's in a section of "Old Church Plate of Kilkenny City" by R. Wyse Jackson from the Journal of the RSAI (1951). The section is titled "Description of the Kilkenny Plate":

An Elizabethan Cocoanut Flagon, perhaps domestic rather than ecclesiastical, sumptuously mounted in decorated strap-work, presented by Queen Elizabeth to Jonas Wheeler, Bishop of Ossory 1613-40. Cocoanut was a popular material for cups from an early date - e.g., the goblet of circa 1450 with silver mountings in New College, Oxford, or the 1523 cup of the Vintners' Company. The polished surface of the nut is elaborately engraved with the royal arms of Elizabeth with supporters -- dexter a lion rampant guardant and crowned, sinister the Tudor dragon of Cadwallader; with a formalised woodland hunting scene containing a boar, a hound and birds, and with a classical mythological scene perhaps representing Mars and Venus. The lid is similarly decorated with flowers, foliage, birds, a hare and a hound. Description -- Flagon on silver foot, with silver handle and silver-mounted hinged lid. Greatest diameter, 4 inches, foot 3 1/2 inches, neck 3 inches, overall height including lid, 9 inches. The weight, XII oz IIII dwt, is inscribed below the base. London hall marked on neck and on base. Leopard's head crowned, lion passant, no maker's mark, and date letter very worn but probably that for 1587-8. The silver neck bears a crest (probably eighteenth century) of a mailed hand holding a barbed arrow-head or "pheon" and a further eighteenth century inscription in four lines which tells (somewhat unreliably) the story of the travels of this interesting piece. "Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth of Glorious Memory gave this cup to the Right Revd. Dr. Jonas Wheeler, When he was promoted to the See of Ossory. Mrs. Sarah Wheeler, Relict of a Descendant from him, Daughter to Arch Bishop Vesey and Sister of Bishop Vesey, presented it to Dr. Richard Pococke Lord Bishop of Ossory, who leaves it to his Successors Bishops of Ossory." Clearly the facts as set out, were clouded by family tradition, for Bishop Wheeler did not become Bishop of Ossory until 1613, ten years after Elizabeth's death. However, there is no reason for doubting that it had previously been her gift to him. (He had been chaplain to Queen Elizabeth and to James I. He died at Dunmore, Leix, aged 97 and was buried at St. Canice's Cathedral. Harris' Ware further says of him that "he was esteemed Prelate of the most conversible, obliging, hospitable temper, and of great Piety".) It seems probable that the flagon was given to him when he became Dean of Christ Church Dublin in 1594. John Vesey had been Archbishop of Tuam, 1678-1716, and of Ossory, 1714-30. Richard Pococke, traveller and topographical writer on Syria and the East, was Bishop of Ossory, 1756-65.

Was really intrigued by the description and bio of Richard Pococke - had never heard of him before....

This would be around the 9th March, 1940, at the end of the Queen Elizabeth's maiden voyage from the Clyde to New York. Thereafter she went to Singapore to be converted into her wartime troopship role. Indeed the only time all three ships were together.
