Harry Angstrom. Good research on Burleson--seems to have been a prominent family. See adjacent photo--I found some information on another "Mrs. Burleson" who might have been at the parade, but the "Mrs. Richard Coke Burleson" you mention seems perhaps more likely.

Mrs. Burleson's hat is spectacular--maybe it was extra grand to match her role as the Grand Marshal?
