[ www.flickr.com/photos/library_of_congress/3121124446/]and Charles Thomas Mills, M.P.[ www.flickr.com/photos/library_of_congress/3121125698/ ] were part of the British Committee involved in planning celebrations of 100 years of peace among English-speaking peoples. Also at the meeting were Andrew Carnegie and Lord Weardale.
