definitely Pennant Hills Hotel, Pennant Hills Road in foreground left to right. Camera facing towards Hornsby. Road to left crosses Railway line where new pedestrian bridge is under construction (2014). Brick supports for the early road bridge may still be seen today. Pennant and Palmer Street, isn't it ? I was just researching one of my dodgy relatives and it happens to be right around the corner from his house.

Pennant and Palmer Street, innit ?
  • Mich said:
Actually, thats a good question, because Pennant St does not seem to be self-evident. www.photosau.com.au/CoSMaps/scripts/home.asp Looked at all the maps on there, and I don't see any Pennant Street
