There's a description of the 1881 version of the Theatre Royal here which mentions among other things: "Along the whole of the façade in Arthur-square a covered veranda or porch has been erected of iron and glass; so that the audience waiting for the opening of the doors will be protected when the weather is wet, and those coming in carriages will not have to cross a damp pavement previous to entering the theatre." The veranda can be seen in the Archiseek photo (available in Megazoom in the catalogue.)Meaning that the one above is probably the 1871 version.

Judging from www.omahapubliclibrary.org/earlyomaha/buildings/courthous... this is the second courthouse in Omaha for Douglas County, Nebraska. Completed in 1885 and superseded in 1912.
