His wikipedia entry: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Henry_Parkhurst

Parkhurst, pastor of Madison Square Presbyterian Church in New York City, was quite often in the news. NYT of Jan 8, 1916 select.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=F70811FC39591A7A... reported an accusation by stockholders of the Franklin Company that he had written letters to Franklin stockholders encouraging them to agree to a sale of Franklin to the American Candy Manufacturing Company, of which Parkhurst was a stockholder and Vice-president. Litigation over the sale had driven American Candy into bankruptcy. NYT of Jan 26, 1916 had more on the story select.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=F30B1EF8355C1373... NYT of Dec 22, 1916 select.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=F70811FC39591A7A... reports that Dr. Parkhurst was honored on 12/21/1916 for 36 year of service by the New York Federation of Churches and mentions that he believed churches had not taken enough action to prevent the "European War."

Thanks, we'll update the record.

Journal of the American Institute of Homœopathy, Volume 4, p 903 books.google.com/books?id=90s2AQAAMAAJ&pg=PA1192&... mentions a Dr. C.A. Eaton "one of the pathologists at the Boston University School of Medicine." New England Medical Gazette, Volume 46, p 940, July 1911 books.google.com/books?id=l6dXAAAAMAAJ&pg=PA940 "Dr CA Eaton recently of Boston Massachusetts where he was Assistant Pathologist to the Massachusetts Homoeopathic Hospital and Lecturer in Bacteriology at Boston University School of Medicine wishes to announce that he is now located at the offices of the late Dr EF Vose 612 Congress Street Portland Maine where he is prepared to perform the various laboratory examinations such as blood tissues urine sputum feces stomach contents water milk etc Bacteriological examinations including the Wasserman Noguchi test for syphilis Autogenous vaccines prepared Consultations in laboratory diagnoses and vaccine therapy"

Another candidate is Dr. Charles A Eaton mentioned in NYT of Jan 25, 1914 select.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=FA0C15FF355D1373... as a member of the National Lawn Tennis Ranking Committee.

Or Dr Charles A Eaton of the Madison Avenue Baptist Church making a statement about the Lusitania in NYT of May 10, 1915 select.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=F60D10F8395B1773...

I think it's the last, given the NYT of February 7, 1916 query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=F20D16FB3B5B17738... which announced his resignation. "DR. EATON RESIGNS; PLANS LITERARY LIFE; Pastor of the Madison Avenue Baptist Church to Aid in World's Reconstruction. WANTS A LARGER AUDIENCE Clergyman Sees as Great a Need for Spiritual as for Physical Preparedness."

In which case, he is en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Aubrey_Eaton The photo seems compatible. Photo at bioguide.congress.gov/scripts/biodisplay.pl?index=E000023 for EATON, Charles Aubrey, a Representative from New Jersey is definitely similar
