  pellethepoet Onya! I think early 1930s due to the one and only car, but after 1932 Bridge opening due to the lack of cranes on the pylons.

  beachcomber australia Thanks for the links beachcomber. Wow, those images are quite similar and it's possible they may have both been there at the same time. They may have been on the same side as this is a glass plate negative. Also, there aren't any properties on the land in the background, and the bridge was built to encourage developments on the other side.
