Presumably Mrs. Charles Seymour Whitman. Her husband was elected Governor of New York State in Fall 1914, taking office in January 1915. www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOCTuHLfXd0 (a Pathe News piece on the 1916 GOP convention) gives her name as Olive H. Whitman.
