    According to that report, this is the casket being lifted onto a caisson from West Point in front of City Hall, starting a journey to St. Patrick's Cathedral and Woodlawn Cemetery. Theodore Roosevelt (who would die about 7 months later) is visible with the honorary pallbearers at center.
