Let's give the ladies some names: Mrs. F. D. Grant, Ida Marie Honore, is here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ida_Marie_Honor%C3%A9 Mrs. Francis Gibson was named Kate. Can't find anything about her. Mrs. U. S. Grant III was named Edith Root. Edith Root was born circa 1879. She was the daughter of Elihu Root, US Sec of State under T. Roosevelt. Edith Root married Maj. Gen. Ulysses Simpson Grant, son of General Frederick Dent Grant and Ida Marie Honore, on 27 November 1907. Edith Root died on 23 May 1962. She's buried in Hamilton College Cemetery.
