According to NYT on May 30, 1913, query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9E0DEFDB143FE633A... the "Wyoming is thirteen times as large as the Cuba, which looks like a toy boat as she lies surrounded by the powerful ships of our fleet."

According to Conway's All the World's Fighting Ships, the Cuba was a sloop displacing 2055 tons, and was 260' long x 39' in beam. Built in 1911 at the Cramp shipyard in Philadelphia, she was reconstructed at some point and served until 1971! Armament consisted of 2 x 4", 4 x 6pdr, 4 x 3 pdr, and her top speed was 18 knots.
