    The caption, somewhat legible, on several of these photos (just barely on this one), says "3/4/13", corresponding to the first inauguration of President Woodrow Wilson, March 4, 1913, as noted, for instance, in this source and also the date is noted by the Library of Congress. Edit: Gen. Leonard Wood, Army Chief of Staff 1910-1914.
