See Australian Town & Country Journal 02/09/1902 p.22 with illustration which looks very similar with a bit of imagination - trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/71485488 The mill was built in the 1830s (?) and fell into disrepair after the flood of 1867. There is a GHOST!
