In the autumn of 1921, Gustav Stresemann visited Wilhelm, and the former Crown Prince voiced an interest in returning to Germany, even as a private citizen. Is this Frederick William Victor Augustus Ernest (German: Friedrich Wilhelm Victor August Ernst) (6 May 1882 – 20 July 1951) of the House of Hohenzollern who was the last Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Prussia and the German Empire?

It certainly looks like Wilhelm, and near as I can tell he was the only Crown Prince around that time (his brothers just being Princes). But 1910-15 seems a bit late considering lack of moustache and military uniform. Wilhelm was born in 1882 and so would've been 28-33 at that time, with his eldest son (also Wilhelm) already 4 to 9 years old. I suspect this is more what he would've looked like circa 1910. Not at all scientific, but to me this looks more like a 20-year-old lad, circa 1900 or 1905.
