The Church spire is from 1899 says Archiseek. The NIAH dates most of this street to 1810-1840, no help.

From the NIAH page on the church: McCarthy died in 1884 and Ashlin worked on the church between 1887-1893, his various work includes designing the tower and spire of the church So the Spire was definitely not up in 1887, and definitely up in 1899.
