    Two of the shortest managers of all time, both about 5'6" Actually, Miller Huggins was also a baseball great, at least as manager of the Yankees and he is in the Hall of Fame. He won six American League championships (1921–1923, 1926–1928) and three World Series championships (1923, 1927 and 1928). His 1413 wins as a manager ranks 20th all-time. He was only 50 when he died, so he could have managed many more years had he lived.
