DannyM8 Pretty early alright if it is early 1860s for a photo on our Commons stream. This is one of our earliest on here for which we have an exact date - 10th November 1863, but the very lovely Miss Coddington dates from circa 1852...

I wonder where it was? I don't see it on the OS historical maps. From Wikipedia article on Dean's Grange (founded 1861): The Burial Act of 1855 resulted in the closure of many of the older churchyards in Dublin and surrounds due to overcrowding. This drove the need to find new lands for cemeteries.
