Helen's engagement was listed as the event "of the season" because of the aristocratic connection query.nytimes.com/mem/archive-free/pdf?_r=1&res=9F05E... a description of the wedding follows: query.nytimes.com/mem/archive-free/pdf?res=9E0CE7DE1439E3... this set has other photos identifying it as this wedding and the background photos match as far as time of year etc.
