Glad the average business man can take a couple of girls along in the trunk for fun later.

If it's not the singer Helen (Price) Clark, it might be Helen Converse Clark (1892-), who married Henry Carrington Lancaster in June 1913. Helen Converse Clark's father John Bates Clark (1847-1938) was a prominent economist at Columbia University. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Bates_Clark Helen Converse Clark's brother was also a prominent economist, John Maurice Clark (1884-1963): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Maurice_Clark Henry Carrington Lancaster (1882-1954) was a professor too, teaching French Literature at Amherst College (and later at Johns Hopkins). They had five children together. ead.library.jhu.edu/ms083.xml

Well now I think the LOC has photos of several Helen Clarks! There are at least two different Helen Clarks in that array, to my eye--definitely different profiles. The one with very tightly waved hair and more prominent nose seems to be the singer (Helen Price Clark), because she's shown with a microphone at one point; the one on this page is the other one.
