Perhaps the Caron mentioned in NYT of July 5, 1914 query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9902E5DA153FE233A... as "the young man who started the free speech agitation at Tarrytown." The article is about the aftermath of his death when a bomb he was handling exploded (on July 4). The bomb was apparently intended to be used against John D. Rockefeller. NYT of June 25, 1914 query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9C0DE6D91F39E633A... suggests his first name was Arthur,

This was during the mine strike in Colorado that led to the infamous Ludlow Massacre a few days later -- Berkman and the Wobblies had been leading solidarity demonstrations in New York in support of the miners, and this was likely one of those, I would guess.
